cor33 operates under strict anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. You will be required to verify your identity by submitting a clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian KTP within 72 hours of Account creation. Larger withdrawal requests may require additional documentation including proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) and proof of payment method ownership.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or Account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed your responsibility, including all deposits, wagers, and withdrawals.
If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must notify cor33 customer support immediately. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) when available.
You must keep your Account information current and accurate. If your contact details, residential address, or payment methods change, you must update your Account profile promptly. Failure to maintain accurate information may delay withdrawals or result in Account restrictions.
cor33 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though unusually large deposits may trigger additional security verification. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 2 minutes of successful payment confirmation. If your deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawal requests can be made at any time through your Account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to AML regulations. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000 require full KYC verification.
Standard withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts are processed within 15 minutes during business hours (08:00-22:00 WIB). E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes. Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. Not all Players may be eligible for all bonuses. cor33 reserves the right to exclude certain Players from promotional offers if we suspect bonus abuse or violation of promotion terms.
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement (e.g., 25x, 30x, 35x) will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10%, live dealer games 10%, and sports betting contribution varies by odds.
While you have an active bonus, the maximum bet per spin, hand, or sports bet is Rp 50,000. Exceeding this limit will void the bonus and any associated winnings. This restriction applies until wagering requirements are fully completed.
Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the promotion terms (typically 14-30 days). Unused bonuses and incomplete wagering requirements will expire after this period, and any remaining bonus funds will be removed from your Account.

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other players, using automated betting systems, betting on opposite outcomes (hedging), and any other strategy designed to guarantee profit from bonus funds. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses voided, winnings confiscated, and Accounts permanently suspended.
All games offered by cor33 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results cannot be manipulated by cor33 or by players. We display RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all casino games, and these figures are independently audited.
All sports bets are subject to the official result as determined by the relevant sports governing body. In the case of postponed matches, bets will remain valid if the match is played within 48 hours; otherwise, bets will be voided and stakes returned. Settlement of bandar bola (football betting) markets follows standard industry practices for Asian handicap, over/under, and mix parlay bets.
Live dealer games are streamed from professional studios and hosted by trained dealers. Players must conduct themselves respectfully in live game chat. Abusive, offensive, or harassing behavior toward dealers or other players will result in immediate Account suspension.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, cor33's total liability to you for any claims arising from use of our Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees. Bonus funds and unredeemed promotional credits will be forfeited.

Upon Account termination, all access to cor33 Services will be revoked immediately. Real Money balances will be returned subject to verification and deduction of any outstanding fees or liabilities. Bonus funds, loyalty points, and promotional credits will be forfeited. All outstanding bets will be settled according to their respective rules.
